Operations Administrator - Square 1 Bank (Campbell, CA)

This is a fast paced high volume department in operations with imperative functions that are important to meeting day-to-day requested demands from internal and external client request's. This position will require multi-tasking throughout the day. A high level of customer service skill is a must. It requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to assist client's and coworkers requests via phone, email, and face-to-face. Accountability for understanding and adhering to bank policies, procedures, legal and compliance requirements are critical components in this role. Must be detail oriented and balance all daily work.
Responsibilities:
Posting A/R Schedules
Posting payments
Special projects as requested by Manager
Process mail
Assists with the collection, organization, and analysis of customer financial statements
Work in computer programs such as excel, SharePoint and other bank systems
Assists with verification, notification, and credit analysis
Process and monitor loan disbursements to ensure compliance with Bank regulations
Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code.
Understand and enforce bank policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Must promote excellent client relations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
AA Degree and 2
years operational experience
Banking and/or financial experience strongly preferred
Detail and task oriented
Capable of working long hours doing data entry
Able to work under time pressure
Strong Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office products

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
