Job Duties: Develop new metrics and analytics frameworks to drive our growth plans. Lead analytics projects to inform strategic investments and programs. Lead key data and analytics projects across divisions. Report on cross-selling activity across marketing, sales, account management, and partner programs. Lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives. Build the case for new businesses; build revenue and cost forecasts and present them to senior executives. Perform primary research through speaking with key internal leaders and external industry executives to gather critical data inputs. Drive forecasting of PayPal and Marketplaces volume for eBay Enterprise merchants globally. Design and track success of key marketing campaigns. Work in a team environment.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or closely related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in a business analysis position.
Special Skill Requirements: Must include experience with banking, consulting, or venture capital/private equity; quantitative data analysis and modeling; OpenX ad serving platform; Google analytics; Excel to understand, iterate and construct financial models; Adobe Test and Target; Adobe Omniture Suite; data visualization tools including Tableau. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
