Job Duties: Lead global teams in the areas of project management, product management, marketing, sales and analytics. Utilize knowledge and experience with analytics and business intelligence to drive strategy, and also requires operational expertise to lead teams and execute programs. Participate in ongoing engagement with executives on core programs and strategic planning. Develop relationships with external partners and execute joint programs. Explain eBays technology stack with ecommerce executives. Navigate complex projects in entrepreneurial environment. Utilize knowledge and experience with top investment banks or private equity / VC firms. Utilize knowledge and experience with analytics; high standards for detail and data accuracy, and basic understanding of quantitative analysis and modeling; and managerial and prioritization skills.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in operations research or systems analysis or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in operations research or systems analysis.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: Product management methodologies like Scrum and Agile (2 years); Ability to read and write web page code in HTML and CSS (1 year); Utilize jQuery and JavaScript to modify web pages (1 year); Experience with A/B testing with tools such as Optimizely and Adobe Test and Target (1 year); Adobe Omniture tracking (6 months); online marketing in Google Adwords (6 months); Tealium or other Enterprise Tag Management software (6 months); Querying databases using SQL (1 year). Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
