Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work on complex litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
The successful candidate will be integral in managing the day-to-day operations of our litigation team, assisting attorneys with case management, and ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a thorough understanding of litigation procedures, e-discovery, and calendaring.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications:
1.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or similar role.
2.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.
3.
Proficient in e-discovery processes and tools.
4.
Excellent calendaring and case management skills.
5.
Ability to prepare and file complex legal documents.
6.
Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and summarize complex information.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
