As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Classic Car Wash.
Your main responsibilities will be providing exceptional customer service using your personality and problem-solving skills.
You will be educating guests about our services, determining their needs, and coordinating their car care.
There will be lots of opportunities for commission.
Responsibilities :
Actively listening and addressing guests wants and needs Informing guests regarding our services that reflect on the guests needs Provide detailed and accurate information about memberships What we are looking for :
