PM Baker Production Manager

This is a full-time position with 8 hours a day schedule.
The initial shift schedule ranges from 6pm to 8pm.
MAIN DUTIES:
Works to ensure an efficient, accurate, and positive work environment for team members and the facility.
Assists in organizing weekly production and meeting monthly production goals.
Communicates company standards and values on a daily basis in both their work performance and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
Lock In/Sheet all laminated items Evaluate quality products Comfortable in communicating the bake responsibilities and tasks (starters, closing log, cleaning tasks) Assist in shaping all laminated items Assist and oversee the baking of all pastry and bread products.
Oversee completion of all necessary production for that night's bake.
Follow the production packet and ask questions if needed.
Completes production sheets and other records as required.
Meets production and baking timeline targets.
Reads and follows printed recipes and protocols for recipes (mixing instructions, etc.
).
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks Communicate production status updates to senior management Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any challenges Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Physical Requirements:
The employee is required to stand for most of his/her day (8 plus hours per day).
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to read measurements, do math calculations, and follow recipes.
