surgeries Answering basic pet care questions Sending/obtaining records Checking general/prescription request voicemail Placing calls on hold and answering promptly Triaging emergencies Checking out clients Entering proper charges Going over the invoice Taking Payments promptly Preparing medication/Written Prescriptions Labeling/dispensing prescriptions properly Preparing written prescriptions Going over medication instructions w/ client Providing information on medication side effects Filing/Preparing paperwork Scanning and attaching records/ new client forms Scanning lab work and leaving it on the doctors desk Preparing proper paperwork for surgical procedures Checking emails
responding promptly and accordingly Preparing/Submitting insurance claims Requirements Prior veterinary knowledge Communication skills Being able to multitask Being able to keep composer under stressful situations Being able to keep up with a fast paced/high volume office setting Proper phone etiquette We are currently looking for work availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
